Decode, a leading reputation management consultancy, has appointed Nhlanhla Kubeka as Senior Account Manager to lead strategic communications efforts for key clients, including the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls (OWLAG), Vaal University of Technology (VUT), and Sasria.
With over ten years of industry experience, Nhlanhla has a proven record of developing and executing high-impact campaigns across education, corporate, and non-profit sectors.
He holds a B.Tech Degree in Public Relations Management from Tshwane University of Technology and a National Diploma in Public Relations Management from the University of Johannesburg. He boasts a broad agency background, having delivered award-winning campaigns and stakeholder engagement programmes.
Before joining Decode, Nhlanhla was a Senior Consultant at ByDesign Communications, where he led award-winning initiatives, including African Rail Industry Association (ARIA) ‘Third-Party Access’ campaign for two consecutive years which won Silver on both occasion in 2022 and 2023 and TransUnion Africa’s ‘Lee Naik and Elewa’ newsletter campaign which won Bronze award in the Publications category at the 2022 PRISM Awards. His work on Soul City Institute for Social Justice and amandla.mobi’s whilst at frayintermedia demonstrated huge community engagement.
